Sign the ECI on paper

Signing the ECI on paper

The main way that you should sign our ECI is using the secure online form. However, if you would prefer not to use the secure online form, you can download a ‘paper’ form, fill it in with all the required information, and email it to us at info@reclaimyourface.eu*

It is really important that you choose the correct form for your country of nationality (not your country of residence), otherwise your signature will be invalidated. You can find out more about the rules on our “Why ECI” page. Our privacy policy has been updated to reflect the collection of signatures on paper.

Paper forms by nationality (language of form in brackets):

Want the form in a different language? All forms are available in any of the 24 official EU languages. If the combination you would like is not listed above, you can request this by emailing us at info@reclaimyourface.eu with the nationality and language of form that you would like.

*Encrypting your email to us:

  • If you have encryption set up with your email, we encourage you to use it when sending us your form
  • Our public key
  • Fingerprint: 73A9 61C6 D54F CC35 D9F9 F066 3440 20A7 D6AA 3D50

Want to send your form via post? If you would prefer not to send your form via email, you can send it to Reclaim Your Face campaign, c/o European Digital Rights (EDRi), Rue Belliard 12, 1040, Bruxelles, BELGIQUE. We recommend that you use the registered service of an official postal company.
